Craig Donaldson started Link Distribution in 2007 because he'd spent years watching the clearance market from the inside and knew it could be done better. He started from a flat in Hyde Park, Leeds, moved into a small unit in Dudley Hill, Bradford, and built the business one deal at a time. His brother, Dave, joined two years later. They knocked through to the unit next door and doubled the space. The business kept growing, and it grew the only way Craig knew: by honouring every deal and never giving anyone a reason to look elsewhere.
